They are lazy and sorry. I have to call my insurance company and doctor's office myself. All other pharmacies I have dealt with will do it for me. Then to make matters worse they tried to charge me $150 for medication I never received, I told them that I haven't received it. They said I did. I told them I'm looking at my patient's portal its not showing up. I miss over 6 months of my medication fooling around with This company. I feel like I'm doing their jobs for them. This pharmacy suck.

The refill process is a headache with this company. Especially if you have a savings card secondary to insurance. If you can get a local person on the line then you can get resolution, but good luck calling that 1800 number on their website. The reps can't be understood, they can't answer your questions, and they just try to push you off the phone. Be prepared to do your own footwork for your $5 copay to take effect because the reps at their none local call center are not any help at all. I ended up with a local person finally after calling my medication manager (express scripts) and they were able to get me on the line with a more knowledgeable person. There always seems to be terrible miscommunication with everyone here. I’m constantly getting medications delayed because of THEIR MISTAKE. I’ve been taking Stelara for almost a year now and each dose has been great but suddenly they “sorry your insurance rejected it”. I found out that Accredo was trying to ship out a double dose of Stelara that could overdose me💀💀. So my insurance company denied it thankfully but it’s still so dumb my meds keep getting delayed because of their stupid mistakes.

Due to an insurance change, my script had to be switched to a new pharmacy this month. Yesterday, I spoke with Jamira, who was phenomenal in assisting me with getting my account set up. Laticia, the pharmacist was kind in answering a few questions I had about the drug I am taking. Today, I received a text message alerting me that my script is in processing and that they need the script transferred to them. Again, very kind service from the pharmacist at my prior pharmacy and Denise T. with Accredo. I was sad to see the reviews for this company after I had been told that I had to transfer to them, but honestly, everyone has been exceptional to this point! I will update how the entire process goes when I receive my first refill.

Ever since late last year, they have been refusing to ship my humira until a day or two before I need it, and EVERY time they have done this they have “forgotten” to ship it and I have to call them to scramble to get my medication. I am absolutely certain this company having to rush order my medication every two god damn weeks, is costing them FAR more money than just shipping it to me in the first place. This company also in the middle of summer, stopped putting the temperature cards that tell you if your medication exceeded temperature. Now just so you are aware, if you take a medication after it has thawed and don't know, at BEST you will have a terrible time at worst you can be hospitalized or die depending on the medication.
