My wife went in and told the lady she was having trouble breathing and sat in the waiting room for an hour until I left to find another place before she died. Very poor service from the time we walked in the door

This office is horrible when it comes to providing medical records and bills. When you call to follow up on them, you're told that the person that handles it only works one day a week and she is not there; by the way she's never there. And I asked to speak with the office manager I was told she was not there either. Then you're given an email address to follow up with which goes unanswered. When you finally receive the requested information it is incomplete. I paid their invoice anyway and now I'm almost three months out without the requested bills and when you an email response from Lauri telling Niki to please respond ASAP.

Very professional and quick. All members I came in contact with were just the sweetest. I highly recommend this place to anyone

I went in for a DOT Physical. Checkin was good but when I was called to the back, I was not talked to I was “Talked at”. Given instructions but she was not focused on me. Seems like she was having a hard day or just had a lot going on. I understand we all have problems but first impressions mean a lot to me and if I pay you $125 of my hard earned money I deserve a little more kindness. All in all….ill try them out one more time, when my physical expires again.(couple years)

We’ve come here to Urgent Care quite a few times now because boys will be boys. Always a great experience, never too crowded and everyone is so friendly and professional. One time was for an x-ray of the ankle, one time for a respiratory infection, and now here to get some fish fins extracted from a finger.
