AccessMD Urgent Care - Dayton

I used to really love this clinic. Always a friendly receptionist and there was one nurse who always knew me and my kids and always made us feel welcomed. But the past several times I came there was always a different receptionist and each one more rude and rude. Every time I came on a Saturday they were doing telehealth. I just came in this Saturday and no tele health but a 40 minutes wait. Before you were in and out with excellent care. The receptionist today you could tell she didnt want us there and she didnt want to be there. I dont know if yall are under new management but yall seriously need to get it together. We wont be returning Update: Gave this place one more try. Never again. This place is a disgrace. And half of the doctors really need to consider a different line of work.

I’ve been to this location a handful of times. I cannot name one pleasant experience. I rarely ever write reviews but I felt the need to speak on how people are treated here. The receptionist is almost always a dark haired bigger women (I don’t know how else to describe her) and I truly believe she hates all people. I’ve not once had her make eye contact with me or my wife and ever actually felt like she’s there to help us. Why she has a job after 2 doctors and 2 nurses I’ve seen have all told me there sorry she’s so unpleasant they here it often is beyond me. Well to who ever reads this try a different urgent care I suggest because I promise you there are some that actually make you feel like they are there to help you. Thank you for reading.

I love this urgent care and it's the only one I take my family to. They are quick and efficient. And so friendly. They treat us like family and the nurse is awesome!!

they made me feel heard and like i was actually cared for i was given a diagnosis that the V.A. and kettering hospital havent considered at all and im going on multiple months without a solution to the persistant pain and they have done xray's and ect. have failed to keep me in any loop so thank you to the lady's at this facillity for making me feel heard and understood

I was seen right away. The Nurse and Doctor were friendly, professional and nice. Both listened to me and explained everything. My prescriptions were sent in immediately. Thank you :)
