Access Urgent

In all my travels and years this Urgent care was the very best. Warmly greeted upon entrance a moment of paperwork seen immediately by a professional PA diagnosed the problem medicine given, and on my way. Thank you you all were amazing!!!

I recently visited Access Urgent Care while I was in town from Austin, and was seen by PA Colin Echard. I came in with severe pain, and they checked me in immediately. The staff clearly explained the payment process, which helped put me at ease. Colin was incredibly professional and compassionate — he had some of the best bedside manners I’ve ever experienced. He quickly ordered the necessary tests, explained everything to me thoroughly, and prescribed the right treatment. Everything went smoothly, and my issue was fully resolved within just two days. I am extremely grateful to Colin and the entire staff for their prompt care and support. Highly recommend!

If you unfortunately find yourself having to visit urgent care, choose this place. Colin made my walk-in appointment go from anxiety & panic to confident & assured. He and his team were outstanding. Even went the extra mile to call and close the loop later on to make sure I was okay. 11/10

Such a wonderful professional experience at access healthcare. Lydia the receptionist was friendly relatable yet professional. Colin the physician assistant was very thorough, understanding and easy on the eyes! I came in feeling scared and nervous about my lower back pains and Colin rest assured me that everything will be fine . There were no serious injuries. Now I’m confident I can work my shift tomorrow yay! 🎉🙏🏽

Wow what a fantastic experience! Colin was absolutely amazing. Walked through all steps, clearly explained observation, along with treatment and optional treatment options. And the kicker in my case, the medications I needed were right on sight and I did not need to make another stop at the pharmacy. I wish all medical care would go to their model along with the fabulous patient "bedside" manors.
