ACCESS PT

The therapists I had were great.. especially Donna. And Bernice at the front of the house was fantastic. However, their scheduling and coordination of coverage was not good. I had 2 calls to change existing appointments because nobody was was going to be in the office. Then I had an 8:00 appointment, and received a call from another office in Newburgh as I was about to pull into the office in New Paltz (North Chestnut) where my treatment was scheduled, cancelling that appointment. I found that to be unprofessional and unacceptable. I canceled the remaining appointments and will be going to Moriarty in Poughkeepsie. I went to County because of location convenience, but felt they didn’t value my time.

i recently underwent a course of physical therapy for a knee replacement, and these guys were GREAT!! Working with Jay, Roland and Matt was an incredibly positive experience. Great personalities, fun to talk with and their expertise and level of involvement was outstanding. Importantly, my doctor was impressed with the amount of motion I had regained in a fairly short amount of time, and it's attributed to the quality of the physical therapy. Although I'd certainly prefer not to need PT in the future, but if I do, this is where I'll be going! Definitely 5 stars!!

I have nothing but compliments for the great care I received on two recent episodes of pain in my back, leg, knee and shoulder. Jay and Roland are both fantastic as well as their support staff. They are very skilled and knowledgeable and provide client focused treatment plans that help pain improve faster. I will go back whenever I need help. I highly recommend them for physical therapy needs. They are one of the best in the region.

Excellent patient care and service! I had tendinitis and worked with both Jay and Roland for a month. They were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and professional while showing me the exercises that would help me. The office is open to multiple patients at a time, but they made sure adequate attention was given to everyone as needed. I would recommend them to anyone!

I highly recommend County Physical Therapy. I worked with Jay for several months and was always impressed with his knowledge and commitment to his patients. And he has a wonderful sense of humor, which really helps during a difficult rehab. The staff is super personable and always ready to help. All around excellent experience.
