So let’s hit all the bullet points. To start with, the facility is very nice, clean, and welcoming. When you walk in you feel welcomed and comfortable, not like some offices I’ve been to where the staff is just there to collect a check then bounce. They roll out the welcome wagon which is a great first impression. As far as which provider to pick, I couldn’t suggest Mariel more if I tried. If you want a provider that rushes through and half way hears what you say then go somewhere else because Mariel is going to take her time and sit with you and hear what you have to say and work with you to figure out the best path forward for whatever your issue may be. I have been through 3 providers within the past 4 years and never could find that right fit for someone that would truly treat my issue

Mariel is a literal God send. She’s probably the best primary I’ve ever been to. She actually takes time to listen to all of your problems and explains everything in detail. Nothing ever gets left out. I went to her today for a checkup and she spent so much time going over everything. She’s wonderful! She actually cares about her patients. It’s such a breath of fresh air going to someone and not feeling rushed or dismissed 🫶🏻 And her medical assistant and amazing as well! She also spent a lot of time with me and made me feel comfortable talking about all of the issues I was having. Love this team of ladies! The front desk lady is awesome too! Super friendly and always has a smile on her face regardless of how busy they are. All around a great place with an amazing team! Thanks for all that

I had such a great experience here. Mariel made me feel completely comfortable and welcomed. Even when I mentioned a weird foot issue, she didn’t make it awkward at all. She was super attentive and really thorough. The nurse I saw beforehand was also incredibly friendly and welcoming. I usually get anxious at new doctor’s offices, but for once I wasn’t. The waiting room chairs were also extremely comfortable, so I didn’t mind my short wait at all. Honestly, this was probably the best experience I’ve ever had with a doctor.

I love going to Mariel for both my primary needs and Botox for my TMJ!! Truly appreciate how understanding and adaptable she is for her patients. I would recommend her to anyone!

I was referred to Mariel as a new patient. I Heard great things about her. prior to my appointment I called for information. Mariel ‘s nurse was very, very, very rude. She was very unwelcoming and did not seem to care to help with compassion. She spoke very Sarcastic and made me feel as if she did not care about my concerns. She was Spoken to very calmly and professionally and chose to behave this way in a professional Atmosphere. It was very upsetting speaking with her. I then called the receptionist for clarification for visit. Receptionist started speaking loudly and treating me as if I did not know what I was talking about as if I was an uneducated individual. I had to pause the conversation because she was so loud yelling at me about my insurance information. I then called back to c
