Access Medical Center Urgent Care Yukon

Our first visit to Access Medical was surprisingly brief and straight to the point! The receptionist was so nice and helpful, the triage nurse was so friendly and gentle with our 13 month old, but the best part was the doctor and his caring and considerate bedside manner! He sent us with the script for antibiotics so that we could choose to give them if needed on our looooong drive back to Michigan! I'm a happy Mama today and I'm thankful for the caring staff at Access Medical 💓!

Great experience, the whole staff was kind. From the receptionist/front office person, to the doctor assistant, and the doctor himself. I felt like they really listen to me and my concerns. They got me fixed up on some nausea medication. And it’s been about 4-5 hours and I’m starting to feel better And haven’t had a wave of nausea. Come back yet. If I could give 100 stars I would. Now time for some sleep, hot shower and hydration

I’ve been to this urgent care location multiple times, including just a few weeks ago at the beginning of the month for one of my other children. Yesterday was absolutely the last time I will ever step foot in this place. I should have known how this visit was going to go the moment they told me my copay. It was double what it has always been. I questioned it and asked them to recheck because I was just there recently and did not pay that amount. I was immediately shut down and told, “No, that’s the price.” No explanation, no effort to verify, just dismissed. The only positive part of this visit was the nurse. He was kind, patient, and understanding. My daughter is 10 years old and was nervous, and he did a great job making her feel comfortable. Unfortunately, everything went downhill the

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ January 30, 2026 I had a great experience at Access Medical Clinic on Mustang Road in Yukon. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and very professional. The check-in process was smooth, and I didn’t feel rushed or overlooked. The medical provider took the time to listen carefully, explained everything clearly, and made sure all my questions were answered. I truly felt cared for and respected, which makes such a difference when you’re not feeling your best. I’m very thankful for the excellent care I received and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality, compassionate medical care in the Yukon area.

Went in with a broke foot and from the time I walked in and left everyone was so sweet and kind. I maybe waited 5 mins or less to go back in a room. The nurse that was taking vitals and all other fun stuff was so sweet and kind as well was the nurse practitioner. They made sure I was comfortable and took time to explain every detail and step I needed to do and how to take care of my foot. . I would recommend this establishment to everyone.
