Access Medical Center Urgent Care Oklahoma City - S. Western Ave

I love this location. I've had the privilege of having Cassie support our family for many years. The front desk associate is the sweetest. Made me feel comfortable too. The medical personnel was kind and easy to talk to. a great experience. I was going to have to wait another week to see my doctor - I was seen very quickly same day here!

The online scheduling, check in and being able to view the waitlist was very convenient. I had not been to this location in a few years, but I was pleasantly surprised. The office was so nice and the staff friendly. The wait time was minimal Dr Carol was very personable and kind, will definitely return to this location next time I need urgent care

I love the online scheduling for urgent care. Everything went smooth at the S. Western location. The nurse at beginning and the provider were both great, I don’t recall names, sorry.  Even though I had little contact with front desk person, she was polite.  No issues whatsoever, will be back.

It was a follow up for an earlier shingles diagnosis that was still an issue. PA made some suggestions to help relieve the pain that I wasn’t doing and suggested one of the otc was using should be switched to another one which was more effective. One of the potential RX was rejected when input so I’m following up with my primary care. I was satisfied with the visit and our discussion of treatments

Did nothing for me. Never felt my lymph nodes, told me I tested negative for Covid and flu and the virus would runs its course in 7 to 14 days. Who has time to be sick that long
