Shout out to a wonderful Medical Assistant 🙌 I sincerely appreciate your medical assistant on Sunday, January 18th, who when I wanted to give up because I thought I wouldn't be able to buy ALL my medications, she was gently helping me to calm down and reset as she didn't know I was grieving though I was sick. She politely showed to me the card, and suggested I get the two above I spoke on. As I really was upset that I thought I was gonna pay close to $300 hundred dollars for my medications. T

The professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail was beyond any I have experienced in a setting of their kind. Everyone in the office, from the front to the back, were very helpful and had great attitudes. Their attention to detail and ability to understand us was amazing!! Even on the phone, Bree was extremely happy to assist us. All the staff were bubbly even at the end of their shift. They made us feel so comfortable! They went above and beyond to make sure that that addressed our concerns. Their system is great and it allows for fast and through care. They even follow up with you making sure you get your scripts. Hello! I’ve never had an issue with my care at this location before. I went in for what felt like strep throat symptoms on day 1 (a Monday) of those symptoms. I was tested for flu, covid, and strep with no positives but a proactive order for nausea medication and antibiotics for strep if it got worse. I felt worse the next day, tested for Covid and was positive and very symptomatic for over a week. Feeling significantly worse, I went back to this location to see if I could get follow up care. The doctor, Mark Wells, came in and greeted me and then asked me about my antibiotics for my strep (that I didn’t have confirmation on so I didn’t start the antibiotics for) and why I came back, not contacted my pcp. It’s thanksgiving and I was only here a total of TEN MINUTES! Brie is actually the nicest person I’ve ever met in my life (she is the brunette sometimes working triage). I am transgender and a former opiate addict and she is always so respectful and cool. This location is just amazing. They are super quick, no one is ever in the waiting room, the staff is very courteous and kind and knowledgeable, and I really don’t know why you would go anywhere else (hence the 2,100 good reviews). Trish is also amazing too. These ladies deserve a raise!!!

WARNING: I called this clinic ahead of time and was explicitly told they treat plantar warts. At my visit, I had a single extremely painful lesion on the bottom of my foot smaller than a dime. The nurse practitioner glanced at it, literally poked it twice, and said: “It’s not a wart, so we can’t freeze it.” No magnifying glass. No proper exam. No second opinion. Just dismissal. I questioned this, because I have had many calluses in my life and this felt nothing like one, but I trusted their judgment, paid them, and left. That was a mistake. One week later, the lesion had grown larger and far more painful. I wasn’t able to get an appointment with a podiatrist for another two weeks from that point.
