Access Medical Center Urgent Care Midwest City

I never have good experiences at Urgent Cares. I always feel brushed off and rushed through. Today’s visit was a breath of fresh air. Amanda at the front desk was so kind and helpful in getting me seen as quickly as possible. Nikki was very patient as I hobbled through the office & did such a good job making me feel at ease and cared for. And Chris was just awesome. So helpful and attentive, with a calm demeanor and a great sense of humor. They really turned my day around and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

This was an excellent experience. Making the reservation was quick and easy, check in and wait time was handled professionally and wait time to see the Doctor was minimal, i.e., 10 minutes top. The medical staff appeared competent and friendly. If needed I would use their service again. I highly recommend this Urgent Care Center.

Well bring in the medical field I can see how busy the office really is. I checked in early for.my 10:45am appointment, knowing I would have to wait. I got called back 10.min late. Then when I went back all the rooms were empty with the doors open. The MA was wonderful, the provider was acting as if I was just a number he didn't want to hear any explanations just yes and no answers. I get it when you are busy, but appearantly they only see 1 patient at a time without filling up the rooms for this provider. He needs to remember we are humans and not just numbers. He needs to brush up on his bedside manners or go nto private practice. He is not made for urgent care. He has lost his compassion for the people.

Worst experience ever. The front desk lady was awesome but my doctor didn’t take me seriously at all. Said there was nothing they could do to figure out my pain in my shoulder and me not being able to move it. Even told me to stop talking and let him talk when he was talking about a chronic condition in my back that had nothing to do with my shoulder. Said I needed a specialist even though I wasn’t in there for my spine, I was in there because I cannot move or use my entire arm. Didn’t do range of motion, no X-rays, nothing. Just basically told me to shut up and see a specialist.

Staff was excellent and very helpful. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. We arrived 40 minutes before they closed. The rooms were immaculate. The service was top tier. I do recommend.
