1 star. We Waited on the Dental side for 2 hours and after that they waited until they started lunch to let us know they wouldn’t call walk ins’ for at least another hour and 15 minutes. Knowing they stopped taking walk ins 30 minutes prior to that. They also knew that we needed antibiotics and instead of sending us to medical to at least get some medicine and wait until the dental side was ready they told us to wait another hour + to hopefully get in or get a refund. Absolutely will not come here again. Absolutely would not recommend anyone to go here if you are in pain or living in the area. Drove over an hour for them to waste our time.

The staff is highly caring and professional. The wait is short. I highly recommend it. I saw Susan Pumphrey. She took the time to address my concerns and listen to me.

The facility is clean and comfortable. Dr. ENGLUND is the doc I see and he is fabulous, really knows what hes doing and wastes no time taking care of it. I'm comfortable with him, and the nurse I deal with here Carissa is fantastic I love them and highly recomend, because let's be real NO ONE likes having to go to the doc and the bedside manner professionalism and skill of these 2 make it much easier to go to our "women" apointments

Just needed to get some real important information and I called about 5 or 6 times and nobody would even answer the phone, even tried calling the dental side and the pharmacy and still no answer today is Friday and I really need this information now and they will be closed for the weekend so now I have to wait till Monday. The jobs of the people here are way to important to not answer the phone this is completely ridiculous and I would never recommend anyone coming here for your healthcare, pathetic.

Everyone is so kind. And genuinely concerned. This is a great place.
