Accela Rehab and Care Center at Springfield

I am a minister and retired Phila. Fire Paramedic. I have been into many Nursing Homes and Care Centers. I judge their care by the smell when I visit. My member; who is in recovery and rehabilitation is always Clean when I visit and smell is better than most. My concern is with the lack of Life inspiring Colors. 65 years ago when GDJr. Was there it was different. I believe that you can make this one location more Life Sensitive, I Pray!

Great facility. I had a family member there some time ago. I had issues but the person in charge for corporate, Monica handled everything with such grace and poise. No issues after she got involved , Nan had missing clothes and Monica replaced, she ordered from Amazon and they were there the next day. I didn't even have to get nasty.She explained that Nans anxiety could make her pain worse and suggested that she receive her pain pill before her leg being treated. This made a world of difference and she was able to tolerate the procedure. My family member got stronger and went home. Would recommend because of her.She is truly an angel and so well educated in the medical things. I hope the company acknowledges their people and values what a wonderful employee she is. Very pleasant and experienced staff. From the nurses to the coordinators they are all very pleasant and accommodating. It’s a beautiful facility that’s very well run.

Kind caring compassionate staff with a beautiful facility and amazing schedule full of fun activities. New leadership really cares and gives everyone time to connect during the busy days.

My brother has been in the care center for over a year now. I visit him at least once a week and I never went there when he wasn’t up and clean. His room is always immaculate. The staff is A-1, from the receptionist, to the nursing staff, to the maintenance workers, and to all the support staff. From the food service to his medical care is top notch. I can’t sing the facility praises enough, but the most important thing I want to convey is the peace of mind that I have knowing he’s well taken care of.
