What's this girl talking about, brother has been missed eight months of periodic braces (office did not charge extra and continue to finish his braces), always late for appointment due to over sleep (too many time), the front office offer later appointment in the afternoon so they do not be late because of over sleep. The sibling has been going to this office since they were babies for their dental treatment and braces (ten years, never charge for missed appointment, treated them like family). We have always tried to make our patients happy and accommodate patients need; most of our patients are from patient’s referral. If you cannot make to the dental appointment please just call to reschedule.

First of all, service sucks. Take your business elsewhere, it’s not worth your time and money. The lady talked to me like she’s out of her mind. My sibling has been late to their appointment, she questions me why my mother hasn’t taken him often if my mom claims she’s off on a certain day? Well, look here lady, I am not obligated to tell you why or why not. She then has the nerve to ask me what time would be suitable for me and she answers her own question “well apparently y’all cannot wake up in time for an early appointment. I’ll make it later.” LOL. I am sorry but just because I am asian, you cannot talk to me this way.

i hope everybody don't have the bad things from here. 1st, they are not good at service 2nd expensive at the price ( $600- $700 for clean teeth ) 3rd they not clear at directions 4th be careful if you can not speak English and old ( i just want every body know and be careful when they tell you sign name or check anything on the paper work )

Been going to them for a decade now. Always taken care of, never had issues treatinf my enamel deficiency. Absolutely love them!
