I couldn't shout enough good things about ACC and the staff there. Not once have I encountered a single issue working with any member of the team. Always warm, professional and truly care. The pharmacist is efficient, empathetic, and goes above and beyond. If anyone ever complains about ACC, there is something wrong with them, NOT Acc!

We've been using this pharmacy for years for compounding needs and they're always incredible. One weekend we ran out of critical medication and a pharmacist came all the way in on a weekend day to fill it and that was above and beyond anything we could have asked for. They ship quickly and are always efficient and kind when they answer the phone and when we pick up the medication. Thanks!

My doctor phoned in a prescription, and one of their staff members called me twice to get a whole lot of information and then told me that the only thing outstanding was whether insurance would cover it. I told her I would pay if that wasn’t the case. Two weeks later, I had received nothing in the mail. I called them and they tried to blame the delay on my doctor not giving them the proper dosage information and not returning phone calls. But they had explicitly told me that everything was all set except for whether insurance coverage would happen. In addition, my doctor’s office is fantastic at returning phone calls and I’ve been seeing him for 26 years. Alicia Tsang is the best! And this is the best place ever! My prescription was needed the same day because of its nature but they initially didn't have the items they needed. Alicia spent a long time on the phone with my doctor to come up with a work around! I can't recommend her (and the place) enough.
