This review is for Acaria Speciality Pharmacy.My husband has used this specialty pharmacy for targeted cancer medication. We were told that would not dispense his 30 day prescription, even though this is a Medicare requirement. The reason given was that that could not "break a bottle" and send less that a 45 day supply. We had to call them and spent a great deal of time getting this information from them. Very unprofessional and quite honestly, ridiculous! If we had not acted, they would not have notified us about their policy. We are talking about a life saving medication.

This pharmacy is by far the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t never deliver your medicine on time. They always want you to call to get the prescription ready to be filled and when you do call it’s too early for delivery or we never seen when you called. They really don’t care about your health at all.

I’ve been on a speciality medication for 20years and have gone through several pharmacies. Acadia is by far the worst experience. The reps never have updated information. It sounds like they are having a party when you call and it literally takes me an hour to order my medication as I have to call the distributor and have them call to provide additional information each time.. I can’t wait until a new speciality pharm is assigned.

1 star is being kind. This is the most incompetent business ever and I can’t believe my life literally depends on them.
