The absolute worst experience humanly possible. My medicine has been delayed a month. It took them 2 weeks to figure out they spelled my last name wrong when confirming a savings card. Then they fixed that apparently and got the Bin Number on the savings card wrong. These fixes were supposed to be 24-48 hours. I called every other day and had the same conversations with 2-4 incompetent people. Thought we got the issue fixed and now delivery has been rescheduled 3 different times. When I didn’t have health insurance I would get the medicine I take for free directly from the manufacturer. Now it’s a nightmare dealing with Acaria and the worst part is at the end of the last 30 phone calls when they say “thanks for choosing Acaria”. I think I’d rather choose dying than this nightmare of a phar

If you’re considering this specialty pharmacy, or unlucky enough for your employer to want to save a buck, be prepared for endless phone calls and zero follow-through. My boyfriend depends on infusion medication every six weeks and is now three weeks overdue because no one at this company can seem to communicate internally. Every interaction results in another message being taken and no actual solution. No one takes responsibility. No one follows up. No one seems concerned about the fact that this involves critical medication. This isn’t just bad customer service, it’s dangerous.

I work with a lot of specialty pharmacies and this is by far the worst one I’ve ever had to work with. It’s atrocious. It takes 15-20 minutes to schedule delivery for one single patient and then most times the delivery gets cancelled for no apparent reason and without even notifying us. My patients miss doses because of this pharmacy which can affect their health. I don’t have this problem with banner, cvs, or accredo. I have 350+ patients and I can’t be on hold for 20 mins to get ONE patient delivered. And that’s even if they’ll complete the order. Most time they don’t and say that they need to speak with the patient even tho the patient has already called them the day before!!!!

Honestly one of the worst pharmacies I have ever dealt with. Setting up every delivery takes about 3 phone calls each being between 15 to 45 mins long. It is unbelievable how poorly run this pharmacy is.

I wish I could rate them lower than a 1. I spent over a half hour with some incompetent woman who after verifying my information THREE TIMES still got my information wrong. I told her multiple times my name had changed so my card would be under my married name. Did she change it? Nope. After not hearing from them for two weeks on my medication that I need to breathe, it was rejected because the information they had was all wrong. Absolutely terrible experience and company. If I could switch I would in a heartbeat.
