Absolute Health Chiropractic and Massage

I started going to Absolute Health Chiropractic and Massage about a year and a half ago, initially for massage therapy with Jordan. It was one of the most affordable options I found in Portland, ME, for high-quality deep tissue massage, and those sessions were the first thing that reliably relieved my pain.​ I have chronic neck, upper back, and jaw pain related to TMJ/bruxism, and I later began seeing chiropractor and chiropractic nutritionist Dr. Lauren Doering-Campbell for my TMJ/bruxism care. I absolutely love my weekly visits with Dr. Lauren! She is incredibly knowledgeable, always takes the time to listen to what I have going on and tailors each session to exactly what I need. I have less pain, more energy and just feel better overall. You can tell that she and Dr. Rob really care about their patients and they know what they're doing. Their office is welcoming and the staff is so friendly! I highly recommend AHC to anyone looking for a chiropractor. I've seen many Chiropractors in my life and I need to say Dr. Lauren really stands out. We work well together and I always leave feeling great. I'm so lucky she is right outside my door at work!

Dr. Robert is a skilled member of his profession. He has a hands on approach, gives you information along with adjustments. I reduced one star because, I have not had many treatments. So far, I am satisfied, but it is not working miracles. I will continue treatment and asses later.
