I wouldn’t even send my ex here. It’s the dirtiest place I’ve ever seen. Super short staffed and doesn’t even have RN managers. LPNs who can’t even assess legally run the place. The one LPN with the tight pants and long nails. Who dresses like that in tight stretch pants and runs a unit?? Place is so unprofessional with one aid on the floor for 40 residents on days or eves. I feel so bad for the poor residents.

If I could give a zero I would. Absolute basically killed my Father! He was there for rehab. His wound vac was changed by an aide not a nurse which is required per the medical board and an attorney that I spoke with. His would vac was taken out and left out! Never looked at by an infectious disease doctor. Which we were told would be overseeing that part of his care. His diet was not adhered to and he was not given the appropriate physical therapy. He lasted a little over two weeks because when he went to his doctors his kidneys were at 50% and his doctor NEVER received the bloodwork every three days as requested. It was never done. My father got pneumonia, was freezing and could never get an extra blanket and his urinals were never emptied. He was removed with a blood infection! Short

Our mother has been in Absolut Center in Endicott for 3 years. Mom and our family have been treated with such extraordinary care, concern & compassion that Mom has flourished and we have continually been comforted knowing that Mom is in such good hands. This past week we needed to take Mom out of the facility for a few hours and the entire team worked to have Mom prepared. We are so deeply grateful and every day that gratitude is reinforced by Mom's general content. Mom has flourished at Absolut Endicott and we want to thank the team for all they do for Mom and all the residents. A very special thank you especially to Jim Conklin.

I’ve visited several family members and friends in several rehab and nursing homes in last few years. Absolute is one of the best kept and friendly.

This place is a death sentence for the elderly. They do nothing to rehabilitate, no follow up doctor visits, the social workers don't do anything but try to assure you they're doing their job but it doesn't seem like anybody does. It's filthy inside and out. They assigned my mother a dirty walker with what looked like human feces on it. We went and cleaned the room and bathroom ourselves. My mother did not have any doctor visits for months but I was assured they were working on it. She died of cancer a few weeks after we got her out of there. And we didn't even know she had it. I would not recommend to anyone.
