RDA Zaira was amazing! She had such a great attitude and made me feel comfortable right away. She tightened my braces quickly and efficiently while still being gentle and professional. The whole appointment was smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate her positive energy and care!

Abra needs to organize the system they have going better. Horrible wait time. The pediatric side is quick. My self and my daughter’s appointments are always ten minutes apart. I usually check us both in at the same time. We are here for cleanings. Once she is done we get walked over to the adult side for myself and someone checks me in again. & then it seems like I get bumped to the end of the wait list. They put you back in a full lobby where you can see patients just coming in and getting called in before you. They clear out more than half the lobby and you’re just sitting there. Appointment was 920 and it’s a quarter after 11 and I haven’t even been called in for my X-ray. Moral of the story is clear your schedule if you have to come here. I will be switching my dentist cuz I’m finally

I had an outstanding experience with Dr. David, Natalie, and Catherine. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. Dr. David was not only professional but also genuinely caring, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly. Natalie, who handled the X-rays, was incredibly attentive and made sure I was at ease throughout the process. And Catherine, the doctor’s assistant, was warm and welcoming, ensuring that I felt supported every step of the way. Together, they created such a positive and caring environment, and I’m truly grateful for their excellent service.

Scheduled an appointment for today Saturday March 6, 2026 at 12:40 pm and had a confirmation call on Thursday March 4, 2026 from Priscilla in which I confirmed yes that I would be here.. I also received a confirmation call from Benny on Friday for a Monday appointment that I did not make, sooo I drive an hour to this appointment to be told that I cannot be seen due to my insurance being inactive in January I explained that my insurance had been reinstated and that it was active however they are not able to confirm this because they are closed on weekends, my problem is that this office checked my insurance yesterday and no one called to let me know and neither did the agents that made the confirmation calls so that I can call my insurance to see what’s going on and so I would’ve known not

Benny was amazing!!! I had an issue with a payment for my daughter’s braces being taken out on the wrong day and it wasn’t an issue at all for him. It was taken care of right away!! Not only is the assistance, doctor’s, and staff amazing so is the facility itself. Been coming here for years! I travel from Florida just to make sure my children and myself have the best care!!!
