The experience there was outstanding. After updating my records, I got back for my cleaning very quickly. Colleen was friendly and did a great job in getting my teeth cleaned. I didn't like being told that I would need to come back soon to get a cavity filled but I am sure that that experience will go great! My next cleaning is scheduled for 8 months out instead of the usual 6. Yes, they are that busy because they are that good! See you early next month for my filling appointment.

I had an 8:30 a.m. appointment and drove over 30 minutes from Gettysburg in poor weather to get there. The Friday before, I called to ask about their cancellation policy because I knew bad weather was expected. I was told they require 24 hours’ notice if a patient cannot make it. The morning of my appointment, I received a confirmation text, which gave me confidence that the appointment was still scheduled as planned. When I arrived, I immediately heard a staff member say, “Oh, that’s the one I called.” I was then told they had left me a voicemail and could not see me until noon. The issue is that the call was placed 20 minutes into my drive — after I had already committed to traveling in bad weather — and after I had received a confirmation text that same morning. I showed up for my 6 month cleaning and learned it's next month on the same day. I mentioned that I have a minor issue. They took me right back and x-rayed, Dr Gavrick looked at it. A filling had broken off a tiny bit, no decay. They filled it right away, no numbing required. Fixed my issue and I'll see them next month for a cleaning! Perfect!
