ABO Plasma - West Valley

I’ve been donating for a decade and ABO is the best of all donation centers! I’m highly happy and their machines work better that way u can finish quicker😃

I had the most pleasant experience while donating plasma today. From the very first lady to the person caring for my procedure. But I especially wanted to thank CARSON!!!!! I was treated with patience, understanding, and kindness. It makes a huge difference when it is a positive experience. The open communication and answering of my questions were always met with a pleasant smile. Thank you CARSON!!!!

I usually donate in orem but was down in riverton and didn’t wanna drive in rush hour up to orem. I called an hour before i was going to come in and donate to make sure i COULD donate at this location and have them transfer over my files. The lady who answered the phone looked up my account and told me i could come in and donate. Fast forward around 45 mins i show up and they tell me my address is out of the 35 mile radius which they very well could have found out when I called instead of telling me I could and then denying me when i showed up. Very unprofessional, staff should be trained and should know the limitations to avoid these problems.

just now New Been with ABO since they’ve first opened. Majority of the staff are very wonderful very sweet. Big shout out to Daphanie she’s one of the best so sweet &’ kind also one of the best stickers. 10/10 recommend her. As for some of the other staff I wanna take a second for abo to notice Felicia she does not know what she’s doing I took a chance on letting her stick me everything was fine then I come back a second time &’ decided why not I gained some trust for her until she decided it was best to use a different vein one I never have used and ended up bruising me really bad I was not able to donate for two weeks and it was very frustrating considering I am a single mom who relies on that extra money in between my pay checks. Came to my first donor appointment on time and was told to come back at 12pm because they were short staffed and also told me I’d have to eat again because it would be past the 2 hours. I spent money to eat something and then I came back and they told me they could not help me now. Made me waste my time and money. It is very disrespectful. No one seems to want to work there. I came to my appointment on time and it’s ridiculous that they can’t help me, I was NOT a walk in. Worst experience in a plasma center.
