Dr. Rahim takes the time to read your file and familiarize himself with your history right away, and remembers it (and you) even if you’re like me and don’t go in until it’s time to renew your prescription so you have to. He’s an excellent doctor; intelligent and understanding . I think he’s a good and principled person as well.

The doctors here are informative and excellent. That said, PCM has atrocious Customer Service. I strongly implore you seek a service provider somewhere else. Getting someone on phone is frustratingly impossible. They use a call center so you never get to talk to someone and if you do get someone, they will transfer you or tell you that they can't assist you. Examples: - I have left 4 voicemails - never had one returned. - I have 3+ hours on hold over the past 3 calls without ever getting someone on the line. Once I waited 2 hours for the call to just drop unexpectedly.

Dr. Rahim is extremely personable and empathetic. The entire office is well trained, prompt, and kind. Takes the big money insurance as well as some OHP. I'm not a fan of the Doctor's office, but if my boss tells me to see a doctor, I'm coming here.
