My wife has had some stomach issues and was supposed to have a surgery to correct the issue but things just kept being put off due to additional testing all the while my wife was getting sicker. She was referred to a cardiologist to sign off on her upcoming surgery even though she’s never had a heart problem… We arrived at the office fifteen minutes early on a 100+ degree day only to be told by the receptionist that the office wasn’t open yet from lunch. Nobody in the waiting room, just the receptionist looking at her phone. We weren’t the only patients turned away, there was an elderly woman dropped off by a medical transport van plus a couple of other patients all sent outdoors to sit in our idling vehicles air conditioning struggling as we were all just sitting stationary in the heat
