I went there today for the first time, and I met Dr Abdelkader and his staff. The place was immaculate, clean, and friendly, and the doctor was charming. He tried to help me get in and out quickly and help solve my needs as quickly as possible. I will definitely be returning as a patient. He made me feel very comfortable, and he was very warm. The entire staff was friendly and comforting. I didn't feel rushed. In fact, it was a speedy process from the moment I walked in till the moment I left.Edit** They suck!!

I went to Dr. Abdelkader for a few years when I used to live close by. I've had a lot of dental work in my life, so obviously don't like going to the dentist. But Dr. Abdelkader and his staff changed it. He, another female dentist, and the hygienists always made me feel so comfortable. I had cleanings twice a year, fillings, extractions and more. They were always honest, quick and skillful. Prices after insurance were also reasonable. I live much further now so it's harder to visit for my dental needs, but I really would consider going back!

I’m writing to express my deep frustration with the experience I’ve had regarding my retainer. I’ve been waiting for over two weeks, and despite calling three times the week of May 26, I was repeatedly told it wasn’t ready. I was informed it would be available by Monday, June 2. At no point was I notified that the office would be closed the entire week, which has caused even more inconvenience. My teeth have begun to shift, and I’ve been in discomfort due to not wearing a retainer for this extended period. I even asked if there was a way to directly reach the service creating the retainer and was told no. I’m very disappointed by the lack of urgency and communication throughout this process. This is hands down the **worst dental office** I’ve ever been to. I was in excruciating pain, unable to sleep, and was **recommended** to go here—**big mistake**. After my first visit, I was told I needed a root canal and that I had to come back on **Saturday** because that’s when the endodontist would be there. Fine, I waited. Then, **Friday evening**, right before they closed at **4:50 PM**, they called to tell me the doctor **wouldn’t be in**. **Who does that?** What kind of dental office calls last minute to cancel on a patient who’s clearly in agony? When I asked what I was supposed to do, they had the nerve to suggest I schedule THREE WEEKS out from my original appointment! I was desperate and told them I couldn’t wait that long. If you’re gonna get a cleaning, you’re gonna get hurt These people they are not gentle. I when it comes to numbing extraction that’s the worst. They won’t even wait for you to get numb before they pull your teeth out
