ABCD Pediatrics Boerne

I was referred to Dr. Singleton by a family friend who raved about the care provided at each checkup for their daughter. Since taking my 3 kids to Dr. Singleton, we have experienced superb and attentive care. She asks all of the appropriate questions and has gone above and beyond for my youngest son with complex medical needs. Dr. Singleton’s empathy and care does not end in clinic, she has personally called to check on my boys post visit and will address any additional concerns as needed. I am grateful to have found such a caring and communicative Pediatrician and would not hesitate to recommend her to any family looking for care for their kiddos!

We love ABCD! Dr. Singleton is absolutely awesome! Her and the staff always make sure to make us feel remembered & cared for! I always refer people here!

Currently writing this review from the ER. This review is on our experience with Doctor Singleton. We took our son in for his 4 month appointment this past Monday. We had an 8AM appointment, the doctor didn’t show up till 8:50AM and said nothing about being an hour late once she arrived. When she arrived she didn’t even pick our child up to perform an examination, she just looked at him while my wife held him and listed to his heart beat. We had a concern about him possibly having a cold and asked for her opinion. She replied, his chest sounds fine he’s just congested. Today, my child’s daycare called about labored breathing and we took him to the ER where he was confirmed to have RSV and several other viruses. Doctor Singleton minimized our concerns and didn’t even bother to try and

ABCD Pediatrics has always provided excellent care, but our most recent visit at the Boerne location left me questioning whether we’ll return. At my child’s well check, we were told the flu mist would be available if we scheduled her appointment early—which we did. However, when we inquired about it during the visit, the nurse practitioner responded in a condescending and dismissive way. It was disappointing and left us feeling uncomfortable. At this point, it may be worth making the 45-minute drive back to the Stone Oak location for a better experience.

Love the doctor and the assistant but the ladies at the front office are very rude and they speak to the patients in a disrespectful manner. We walked in, stood in front of them for about 5 minutes and not one looked up to say hello or acknowledge us. They were talking to each other but didn’t bother to look up.
