ABC Pharmacy

This pharmacy has a TERRIBLE costumer service. I called plenty of times to get my prescription sent over CVS and its either they hang up on you either they dont answer. It’s impossible to talk to them without having to go in person. The last time I went pick up my medicine, the employee was incredibly rude and annoyed, like she hated her job or her life. I waited 20 mins for 30 pills when it should be done already but since nobody answers the phone here, its so difficult to get a simple medication. I am definitely switching pharmacy. Do not recommend.

This is very friendly knowledgeable facility. They offer free delivery of meds within an area. Long time customer first time poster 🫠

I have had the most amazing experience for over 25years with ABC Pharmacy in Upland, CA. I will highly recommend them for their quality of care and customer service is wonderful they are like family. My Pharmacist Tony is so knowledgeable and kind full, I appreciate them and they are trustworthy. The girls the pharmacy technicians are so compassionate and understanding have a great relationship with my doctors and are very familiar with my medications and Julie is also a treasure. I hope you'd have the blessing of having them as your neighborly pharmacy soonest 😊

The staff is caring and patient! They take time to listen to each person's concern and address them! Always have medication ready!

I had a COVID-19 test on Tuesday, December 28 and was told I would receive results via email in 24 to 48 hours and it never received it. I contacted the lab this morning at 9 AM and I was not able to speak to anyone except the receptionist who transferred me to a number that was only able to take a message. This is unacceptable service and under the circumstances should not be allowed to give Covid tests when the results are not made known within a short period of time I will be contacting my insurance carrier to let them know of this information
