great little mom/pop pharmacy that goes out of their way to make sure you get the best pricing. they are always prompt with refills and will call you to make sure you are on top of your refills. they also use an app or website which allows you to refill and pay, which saves you some time. my endocrinologist recommended them to me as they are next door in the same medical center. recommended.

Before finding ABC Pharmacy, I was looking for a pharmacy that would accept a coupon from the manufacturer as the out-of-pocket price for me was too high. I had called other pharmacies but most of them told me to send the prescription first to them and then they could check. However, when I called ABC Pharmacy, they kindly checked my coupon over the phone and assured me that they could honor me that price. When my prescription arrived to their location, they quickly processed it within minutes. Although I live in Riverside (about one hour from the pharmacy), they were able to ship my medication the next day and I received it before noon. The courier was super nice and even left my package in a safe spot. Lastly, I really appreciate the small candies in package. Overall, I highly recommend

EDIT: After posting this review the manager called and provided excellent customer service and offered to at least sell me the medication while I wait for the manufacturer to replace the faulty products. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This company is doing nothing to avoid selling faulty medications, and when they do sell defective products, they're doing absolutely nothing to help the customer. That's the experience I've had here. I bought two inhalers at ABC Pharmacy in Laguna Hills and they both stopped working with 60 doses remaining. I asked them to please help me by replacing the medication, because I need them to breath. I was told to contact the manufacturer. I explained that I need this medicine at night to breath, and if I contact the manufacturer I'll have to wait for shipping. The reply I

ABC Pharmacy has been my pharmacy for several years. To this day, I continue to receive superb care and ample time with the team. I am currently under the medical care of several multiple specialty physicians, and ABC Pharmacy has always put my health as their top priority by ensuring I receive the medical care and medications I need on time. It was very evident from the moment I met the team at ABC Pharmacy several years ago their team treats their patients as individuals and does everything possible to improve their patients' quality of life by ensuring they receive the medications they need in a timely manner. I've used them for years. Their service used to be great. Over the past 8 months, the service has really gone downhill. It's difficult to get them on the phone to refill prescriptions. The phone often rings 10 times with no answer. Sometimes it goes straight to hold with no answer after 2 - 3 minutes with no answer. The shipping service has declined too. I used to order on Monday and get my prescription the following day. Now it takes 2 or 3 days to get the medication. The shipping is so unreliable it's now safer just to pick up the medication myself. EDIT The owner/manager called to offer help in improving service. I'm holding off on switching pharmacies.
