My daughter goes here and I want to say the last couple appointments we arrived on time. Other people came in after us was called first. I had to go to the front desk and say something. My daughter got sick so I made an appointment. I arrived at the appointment late so they wouldn’t see my baby. Rescheduled her appointment for the next day. And here we go again where my daughter was called after everyone else that literally just got there! My daughter was prescribed some medicine that was suppose to be sent to the pharmacy and the prescription was never sent this was on a Friday so I had to wait until the following Monday to contact someone. The nurse had no sympathy about them not sending my daughter medicine. My daughter is a newborn baby and was having some problems breathing. I will

I don't know about any other doctor in the practice, but Doctor OO was the on-call pediatrician for st. Marys hospital when I delivered my youngest and he Did not listen to me about her Skin and what NICU I wanted her transferred to up in Chicago. I wanted her transferred to Luries (where we had dermatologist specialist and they had specialty medical supplies for our EB), instead this KNOW-IT-ALL doctor sends a STABLE BARELY premmie to Comers/Rush that is not set up for us. And life flights her for NO real reason!!! I blame this doctor for my NEWBORN being EXPOSED to MSSA due to sending us to the wrong hospital!!!

I loved ALL the doctors here. I had a son with a lot of medical issues. They all were compassionate AND listened to what Mom said. I would hole heartily recommend all of these docs. They not only took the best care of my son but also the family as a whole!!!!!

As a new mom I have a lot of concerns for my son. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with the nurses, doctors, and all around staff. They are quick with responses to my questions or concerns, on time, and great with my baby. We’ve seen Dr. Oo, Dr. García, and Dr. Batish. They are all awesome!

Office staff is a bunch of liars. Scheduled my sons checkup six weeks in advance. Went to my appointment on time only to discover the doctor "wasn't there"-- they created some stupid excuse about how they called two weeks ago to tell me and my voicemail was full. I checked my phone right there and did not have a single call from their number-- also, I don't have voicemail set up on my phone so it's impossible to be full. She said I was wrong and that my voicemail is full and so I said if it is full then call my phone right now and let me hear it. She wouldn't. Because she was lying and they never tried to call. The doctor probably called off that morning and they said "two weeks" to save face. She was rude to me about rescheduling and tried to make me wait another six weeks to get my son
