ABC Family Trust Dental

I went to get a tooth pulled. Rudest staff I've ever dealt with. No greetings or smiles. Felt like a huge burden to them. Rooms were filthy, had to get up to spit and rinse in a communal sink. I grew up in some rough conditions- without running water, growing up in what I consider an arctic slum- this place was in no way safe or even sanitary. There was nearly a moment of hospitality that came from the x-ray tech, and even that was cold and short. I truly felt like I was in the wrong by being there, like I was being treated as though I made a huge mistake and the staff was being forced to pick up the pieces and clean up my mess. 25 years of being in customer service and 40 years on this earth, this was by far the worst experience with any business. Was a while ago so not sure if it's still the same dentist, but pretty rude & unprofessional. Took my autistic 3 year old in to try to get a cavity filled. He was too scared to stop crying & let the dentist near him, dentist got pissed & snapped at him "stop it!", so instead of going through w/the procedure I decided to ask for a referral to a place that would put him under. Was then given the referral & told not to come back. After that, starting going to Cares Dental & couldn't be happier.

Absolutely horrible! The place is dirty, the receptionist looks like she Absolutely doesn't want to be there. I got a temporary crown that he insisted I needed. Well, he gave me a temporary tooth while we got the actual crown, as soon as I got home it fell off. I went back, he put it back, but again it fell off! The crown arrived, and it was higher than the other side, he filed it and said it was OK. Got home and I cannot eat because the one side is higher and the crown is sharp.. worst place I've ever been to.

Worst dentist I have crossed upon. Very rude and very unprofessional. I came here about a month ago and I regret not looking at the reviews before I even walked in there. Front desk lady was very rude . The man that did my X-Ray was very unprofessional he said very rude and sexual comments to me that was very unnecessary. The dentist Dr.Dinh was also very unprofessional he said he couldn't cleaned my teeth because he needed to see if I can qualify for free cleaning , if I didn't qualify for my insurance then why even let me get further service after that. I mean they gave me 18 xrays and said they couldn't give me any extractions but I was having pain.Don't ever go to ABC Family Trust Dental in Lodi,Ca because my first and only visit was the worst.I hate that place and the workers and dent

I went in one day to have 1 tooth pulled. He proceeded to yank out 3 teeth and then inform me that I need all my teeth yanked out and get dentures. So thankful I refused and stopped going there.
