ABC Dental - W. Orem

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! Waiting time is 4 hours ! It’s always like this! Apparently only have one doctor! Do not come to this dental office!

For the past 10 years both of my son’s has been coming to here and the service this clinic provide is beyond amazing, always greeting clients with a smile and love .

I called to this establishment, and the first time, they were helpful, but the second time, i called. The moment I said my son needed a crown, she put me on hold for a longgggggg time. I wasn't sure why she did that and then comes back on the phone and says they don't have anything until August. They are aware that this is an emergency for my son. He has had a temp for 4 weeks, and I've explained the situation to them about the other office not sending in an authorization. Now I could be wrong, but the whole way she went about it by putting me on hold and then coming back on and saying they don't have anything until August or September just seemed a bit suspicious because it's odd how the first time I called they were ready to take us in and help us. I really want to give them a 0. I use to like bringing my son here. But they don't value your time. Why make an appointment if your going to have us waiting stating every other pt had some sort of emergency. Yall should set a day aside for emergency cavities cause cavities can turn into an emergency. Then not to be open on a Saturday that is crazy and close at certain time .so yall don't work with us we work with yall.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would they took forever to call my daughter it took them more than 2 hours to call her in, if I don’t ask they’ll never would’ve done anything about it, they were calling ppl that came after me and one of the staff said that those ppl were here for something else so what!!!! I was waiting for over an hour!!! I have been a patient of them for years and each time they take even longer it’s ridiculous!
