Despite making an appointment 3 months in advance you will sit and wait. Dr. disregards the patients concern about the medications prescribed. I have successfully been treated for my psoriasis in the past without painful side effects. My current shots are causing not just bruising... it's causing a lot of pain. I know the difference. I've successfully used other shots without the pain. With so many treatment options available that the Dr. would disregard my concerns is not giving me a lot of faith. The topical medications work great though.

I felt as if my concerns and wants were ignored and everything was based on what my insurance did and did not cover. I seemed like I was not a person, just an object with a potential copay.
