RC Dermatology Carroll

They were so graciously able to reschedule till later in the day because I was late to the first scheduled appointment due to the office being so difficult to find. I am from out of town and it’s tucked away in such an odd part of the hospital. The first nurse was very nice and understanding. The dermatologist that I saw discredited all of my symptoms with my pilar cysts that cause daily discomfort and pain (I have had 6 removed and tested in the lab so this is all very routine for me). told me it would be useless to remove even though they hurt. I feel as if she was extremely rude due to my younger age. she continued to talk down to me when explaining that a patient has to set up all of the insurance before an appointment to do the things I scheduled to do. Abby is pleasant, guards my modesty, and is thorough. The staff who work with her are efficient and pleasant, too.

Both Abby and Emily ( not sure spelling) were amazing. I feel like I can trust them. Means more than you know. Very professional. They made me feel safe and comfortable. I just don't show my back side to anybody. I left feeling very comfortable with all they told me.

I was nervous needing more skin removed & a 2nd biopsy and internal & external stitches- tested positive for basil cell carsonoma & another area scraped , no stitches. I felt so at ease & Abby explained everything - actually twice 😀 in a couple of weeks Dr. Love will be coming to Carroll, Ia to do a procedure by my eyebrow. I'm very thankful I don't have to go to the city, they come here. Very satisfied patient!!!!
