My senior mother on a fixed income went to get her medications, one of the worker/owners rudely told if she didn't have the $8 copay for the medications that she can go somewhere else and get her medication. I understand that some insurances don't pay you enough however that is not the way to speak to anyone!

Rude and terrible basic customer service from the Dominican woman usually at the front register. If you’re Dominican, you’ll have no problems. Anyone else, she ignores you, chats with her friends and co-workers at the register, while ignoring customers waiting. Don’t waste your time here and go to any place else. You’ve been warned! Love this place. Efficient, friendly, and has been in the neighborhood for years and years.

I've had minor problems in this place but mostly due to a miscommunication between the hospital and here. The people working here can be a little cold in their speaking but I perfer to call it "straightforward" since most of the times you are just here to pick up your medications and go. I don't plan on changing locations.
