Aapex Pharmacy + DME

Most of person I’ve spoke to was nice. However lack of communication in between departments is definitely there and it delayed process so much. For 2 weeks Ive called many times and always was told either the person in charge is not in office / left early/ is taking a lunch break/ cant get hold of billing department etc etc and always they say that I will get a call back from them. Not once I received call except today which is Friday at 4:53pm to let me know that you guys are not in the network. Really? It took 2 weeks to figure that out? Also pathway sent referral here because it is in my network. So I dont know who to believe. what I know at this point is that 2 weeks of time has been wasted and we could’ve received formula for my baby already or at least could’ve been in the process of

Came across this pharmacy in our network and couldn't be happier. They went above and beyond to help us with an urgent matter. The entire staff showed excellent customer service! We will definitely use them for all of our future needs. Thanks, Aapex!

I don't have a lot of choices when it comes to specialty pharmacies, so I am kind of stuck with these guys for now. If you have a choice though, I would not recommend picking them. I will say first, everyone is very nice at the pharmacy, they are very easy to talk to. However, the problem is they don't talk too often. Even when an issue comes up... and I have had a few... they just try to solve it on their own and no one communicates with me. Even after calling and being told someone will contact me or they would reach out, no one ever does. I am just kind of left in the dark until whatever happens, happens and then I have to call and try to get them to fix it. It is very frustrating and makes things more complicated than they need to be.

Listen, 3 stars??! I have no idea why only 3 stars! It's 5 stars for us! Mr. Jamal and his staff have always been exceptional in every aspect of quality service to their customer, my daughter, Reigan! We have been a customer of theirs for more than a decade and can't imagine going or using anyone else! Above and beyond is the type of service they provide and we are grateful! Blessings!!
