A Wise Move Physical Therapy and Pilates

My wife and I have been working with Heidi for more than four years and have always been impressed with her knowledge and teaching skills when it comes to doing Pilates and staying in shape. We are both in our 70s, so it is great to have someone who can tailor workouts to our strengths and abilities. Heidi is also a physical therapist, so she can read our bodies and help us treat and avoid injuries, along with dealing with the aches and pains that come as we get older. And making it even better, she has a great sense of humor. It is actually important to keep things light as we go through our sessions, making the time fly by. A Wise Move is the best Pilates studio we have found in the Tucson Area.

Great experience with Heidi getting my shoulder/arm pain free. I learned so much from my PT sessions. One, where pain is located isn’t necessarily where there is injury or issue. Heidi, who is very kind and a great listener, showed me where I needed to make changes in posture (other parts of body) or in workout/daily life movements to get rid of the pain I was experiencing. The exercises continue to be helpful so I don’t relapse. Best part was learning tips to make changes in daily living, turning steering wheel, closing cabinet doors, etc. When I started sessions with Heidi, I was quite distressed thinking this pain would always be part of my life.
