Tere is a very intuitive and intentional therapist. Her energy is always positive and her massage space is welcoming and caring a place that I always feel safe and as if I can talk to her about anything thats heavy on my mind. I have been receiving massages from her for almost two years regularly and each time she always seems to know what I need using a variety of different techniques and modalities to help me to release any areas that I need. I leave feeling lighter, more grounded and in a more peaceful state of mind. I definitely recommend Tere for your massage and overall wellness needs.

Tere has been my massage therapist for the last few years and its always a form of self care that I look forward to. She takes her time, makes sure to touch on points that need the most focus and has a sense of calmness in her space. I truly believe her hands were made for this!
