Dr. Noonan at A Step Ahead Foot & Ankle Center is truly exceptional. She is extremely knowledgeable, took the time to genuinely listen, and clearly cares about her patients. She has such a kind presence and I’m grateful to have doctors like her in our area. The entire office runs like a well-oiled machine. The staff is structured, attentive, and didn’t miss a beat from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with was well-trained, professional, welcoming, and helpful in every possible way. Dr. Dennemeyer was the first doctor that I saw in years that I felt 100% comfortable with. I broke my ankle and was nervous about the treatment plan & limitations that would follow. At every appointment, Dr. Dennemeyer met me where I was at with patience, understanding, relatability, and considered my opinion/requests in her treatment plan. She understood the challenges I was struggling to communicate and made me feel heard, seen, and safe as a patient. I had an appointment here recently and left feeling uncomfortable. The front desk interaction came across as abrupt and unwelcoming, and I didn’t feel listened to when asking basic questions. During the visit, the doctor appeared unsure and had to revisit details multiple times. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and not very reassuring.
