I just got off the phone with Ms. Joy and she was is so sweet! She just made me feel happy and cared about! We have always LOVED Dr. Soundapan and now his office staff is just as good! Sometimes change is wonderful! Thank you for all you do to help us!

While the Dr.'s and Practitioners are excellent, the scheduling is not. I had to get an appointment to fill out ADA paperwork, something I've never required before in my entire life. I got the appointment set for this but at no point in time did anyone ever inform me that the fee for this paperwork would be a whopping $150!!! That is an insane amount of money to request on the day of the appointment with no prior notice! This ruined my entire weekend plans as I would have made educated financial decisions had I known about such a large fee and I received no apology for their inability.

today was my first visit at this office. i came from another practice in perry and was very happy with my visit. i was able to get in for an appointment as a new patient within an hour of calling about my issue. the front desk staff was very kind and professional. the nurse who took my vitals was very friendly and the NP i saw was very thorough and nice. i felt very taken care of during my visit. i would definitely recommend this practice based off of my first impression.

I love Dr. Soundappan in Perry ga, but his front office is unprofessional. I was not seen today because of a bill dated for April, 25,2021. I called and logged into my insurance portal showing the insurance had issued a full payment on April 19,2022. Billing manager stated she has not received it, that has nothing to do with me. So i was declined to see the dr that i have been under care since 2019. Long story short, you would deny service to someone for $115.00. When the office currently receives $185.00 monthly for my visits. Sadly, I have to find another Dr because I am not paying for services that has already been paid for. Same issue has happen to my fiancé they charged him 385.00 saying insurance didn’t cover for that month but u received payments for all other months. Dr. Soundappa

I am so grateful to have Dr. Soundappan as my doctor. I have had two very serious bouts with illnesses. There is no doubt that it was his attentiveness to my care that helped me to recover. He is so thorough in his exams and does not hesitate to refer you to a specialist. He is an excellent doctor.
