My experience with this office was great. Professional and dedicated staff to do their job.

I have been going to this dentist office since 2012. They are like family to me. I had a serious pain on my right side. I made an emergency appointment for the next day. I had an x-ray, and they were honest and said it wasn't my tooth. So I rush to the doctor and turn out to be a sinus infection. And Dr. Motos called me later that evening to check on me. She is so loving, and the staff is so welcoming. Again, I love them lime family.

I've been a patient here for 6yrs now. I've never had any problems with the providers, the staff or the service provided. They have always been friendly and professional every time. I have cancelled and rescheduled appointments and they have always been accommodating. Walking in is like seeing family to me. I am comfortable to the point that I have dozed off at times in the midst of a cleaning 😴😅. How many people can put that much trust in their dentist?🤔

I give it a three only because I’ve been going to this dentist office since 2009. I’ve always had a pleasant experience no issues until this week. Being badgered about my insurance but not proactively reaching out to the insurance company after I communicated the status, for a cleaning at that. I canceled my appointment and I will not be returning to this office. It always gave me a family feel until this week and I am over it.
