A Plus Urgent Care

This is my preferred urgent care. It’s clean and the people are friendly but this time I feel more compelled to leave a five star review. Front desk people are always very helpful. The pa that took a look at my son was so kind to him and felt like a genuine person. Thank you A+ urgent care!

Maybe 12 seats in the waiting area. Required appointments, walk ins not accepted. The waiting area seating was full, on average 3-4 people standing for almost 2hrs. The number of people plus the thermostat set at 69° it felt like it 75° Biggest complaint: arrived at 1115am gave my Driver License and Insurance card. Told I was required to make appoint on-line only due to excessive patient load waiting. Earliest was 115pm. They will not give you your ID to leave and come back for your appointment hours later. So we waited in the waiting area until 1230 and could not stay due to the heat (12-15 people will raise the temp in a small area)and people coughing, we walked to a restaurant, sat and ate until 1pm. 115pm appointment, was seen at about 145pm Totally understandable since so many

I had a great experience at this urgent care. They got me in quickly and I was seen right away. The staff was very kind and professional, and the facility was clean and welcoming. I truly appreciated how efficient and caring everyone was.

Made an appointment for 11am, waited almost 50 minutes to be seen and the dr took less then 2 minutes to see my son. The doctor never told us what she diagnosed him with because she said “I cannot remember the name”. No paperwork was provided summarizing the visit. They then sent the wrong prescription to the pharmacy and I had To call the office and let them know. I never received a call back or any explanation.

Call ahead concerning TB test. Was told no appointment was needed. Me any my spouse walked in with no wait, filled out the forms and was escorted in the back room and completed within 10 minutes. The staff were very courteous and efficient. One of the quickest walkin and completion I have ever encountered. I would definitely recommend this provider.
