The service at this dental clinic is absolutely terrible. I made an appointment for 11:00, but after sitting there for half an hour, no one called my name. Meanwhile, the people who came with me were all taken in for their dental check-ups. When I went over to ask, the staff member was eating, playing on his phone, and playing games. He completely ignored me. Later, her gave me a form to fill out, and I had to wait another hour. When I asked if I would be next, your will next. so I waiting another hour no one calls me. I feel like this clinic is discriminatory."

I had a tooth extraction here, and it was one of the most painful experiences of my life. The oral surgeon injected the anesthesia directly without first applying a numbing gel on the surface, so it felt like being stabbed. My tooth may have been difficult to remove because the crown broke off and he had to extract the root. However, he pushed so forcefully on my mouth that I felt extreme pain, almost as if my jaw was being dislocated. The entire procedure is a few minutes but was very traumatic. Got my teeth extraction it was the worse. They put anesthesia first but hardly waited the whole surgery. I felt them drilling my teeth it hurt so badly to the point I screamed! I recommend going somewhere please safe yourself the pain and the unprofessional behavior.

WARNING: DO NOT COME HERE. They have acting surgeons who have been sanctioned by the state and are still being allowed to perform surgeries. I finally had my wisdom teeth extracted today after appointment after appointment that was canceled or rescheduled by the office themselves due to frequently having “emergencies” where the doctors are suddenly not in office. This cancellations would happen with day before or day of after already having made arrangements to take off from work, arranging for a ride to also take off. This process went on for months. Now when trying to get my prescriptions, they’re being denied by my insurance and they made me aware it’s because the lovely doctor they have there has been SANCTIONED BY THE STATE and is not allowed to practice or write prescriptions. I had a consultation at 1pm I didn’t get seen until 4:30pm on top off that they billed my insurance wrong for the consultation so I had to pay out of pocket for that & then they canceled my tooth extraction appointment the day before because THEY billed my insurance wrong again as I was trying to tell them exactly what my insurance told me the front desk staff kept talking over me being rude telling me I don’t know what I’m talking about and that their billing department is mot responsible when the insurance agent clearly stated twice they billed it wrong and instead of checking they decided to be nasty
