I have been very happy with Dr. Lau-Deza. Unfortunately I can't say that about her office help. They never return phone calls to give you any kind of feed back or information. They need to be trained in customer service. The next time I speak to Dr. Lau-Deza I am going to let her know how unhappy I am with her office staff.
