I wasn’t in severe pain at the time, so I asked about other options. Instead of a discussion, I was simply told to get a second opinion. I chose to proceed with a deep cleaning, hoping it would help my situation. The hygienist administered multiple injections, and the procedure felt more aggressive than expected. It has now been six weeks, and I am still dealing with gum and nerve sensitivity that I was not experiencing before. What stood out most was the lack of follow-up. My visit was two days ago. I was greeted and waited for my appointment time. It was a pleasure to meet the hygienist Tammy and Dr. Dicello. What I appreciated were the questions about my priorities as a dental patient. I also appreciated being asked if I wanted straight to the point details or more in depth information. I was a little anxious but that dissipated quickly. From the X-rays, exam, and cleaning all went well and I appreciated the focus on what I wanted. As patients, we have to trust people that we don’t know to take care of us and provide us with their insight into our well being. Thank you! Thank you!
