The lady who answers the phone calls is EXTREMELY RUDE. She does NOT speak fluent english and gets annoyed when others do not understand what she is trying to say? I simply tell her to repeat herself and she literally just hung up??? With staffs like this I can’t imagine how bad the experience will be in store.

I recently called this store, and the experience was absolutely disappointing. The person who answered the phone did not speak English fluently, struggled to understand my questions, and was unable to explain anything clearly. It also felt like she weren’t really listening, which made it very difficult to get the information I needed. On top of that, she was very rude in her responses, which made the interaction even more frustrating. . When I offered to speak her language, which I understand as well, her responses were still rude, making the interaction even more frustrating. I hope the store can work on training staff to improve both communication skills and customer service.

They are the nicest people. Especially TATIANA she’s the best! Her hair, her clothes, her discretion, her genuineness….5 stars! Let’s not forget her smile. Thank you for always being kind.

Alex and his team are amazing. He is very patient and caring about his customers. He put his customers first. He treats them like a family and know them by name. I really recommend AG pharmacy for all my friends and family. You can get your flu shots and other vaccines here as well.

They mostly are ok but sometimes they dont have a specific medicine in stock so you have to wait for it. SOMETIMES THEy make small mistakes but its really annoying. I give them 4stars because of these mistake.
