A Caring Touch Pediatrics

I called to get a copy of my daughter’s immunization record & I was told it would be a 5$ charge. I have gotten her immunization records numerous times from different states even & have never been charged. I even did research & no where did I find it costs money to get a copy of my child’s documents in the state of kentucky. The woman on the phones name was either carol or Karen I couldn’t tell with her mug & groggy voice but she was very rude. She acted like she couldn’t hear me & hung up on me then I called back & was told I had to pay 5$.

Would not recommend. They have no compassion or understanding. I have 3 children and recent divorce. Dr Parrott has been my children's doctor since my first was born, 15 years. With the divorce, and juggling kids, we have missed maybe 3 appointments between 3 kids in the last 2-3 years. The practice fired us. I offered to pay for the missed visits and they would not accept that either. They did not care to hear an explanation for the missed visits and the years with the practice made no difference. I was under the misunderstanding that my provider was compassionate. I was mistaken. Steer clear of this practice. If you are less than perfect they will let you go.

Dr Parrot has been our doctor for 5 years. He's fantastic and the kids do well with him. I have one social kid and one skeptical kid and I never worry about going in. The bummer to this office is you have to take a paper prescription vs it being called in to the pharmacy and the strict policy on attendance, bc as parents and working parens stuff happens .

Dr Parrot is an amazing doctor! The reason for the 3 stars is the rude receptionist. Almost to the point that we don’t want to go back.

Every doctor has been great with my newborn & 5 year old, they get me in quick whenever I need, all 3 doctors are very informative, upfront is amazing & the nurses are great too 10/10
