The audiologist was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain every detail clearly, which I really appreciated. Not all heroes wear capes, and this office is a world class example of that. I’ve been a patient here for a long while now, and I cannot express my gratitude enough for how often the office takes incredibly good care of me. Just today, the receiver on my right hearing aid fell off. I called at noon, and just a few hours later they made space for me to come in and get them fixed. Same day called and serviced. How many offices in Naples can say they do this for their patients?! (Hint: not many). This isn’t the first time I experienced this, but after today, I knew I had to share my experience. I discovered this office through my grandparents, and I’ve since become a patient myself. They were the best. I stopped in just before closing. I was from out of town and-of-town and in need of a part for my hearing aids. They made a special effort to work with the specialist and secure the part. They even gave me extras! I would definitely recommend A Better Hearing Inc. to anyone staying in or near Naples, Florida.
