9th Avenue Dental Care

I had my first new patient appointment here and was really impressed from start to finish. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, and I was seen right on time. The hygienist did a great job explaining everything as she went along and made my cleaning as comfortable as possible. The dentist was also wonderful—thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I also really appreciated the new technology they use for X-rays and 3D imaging. Everything felt modern, efficient, and easy to understand. Overall, I felt very well taken care of and comfortable the entire visit. I’m happy to have found this office and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist!

My experience was a very good one, everybody was very professional,very considerate, and the care about my concerns seemed genuine and at the forefront of my treatment. The place was always clean and I was absolutely comfortable in the space, the wait time….what wait time….Dr. Martin and his staff don’t waste no time. I am pleased and would recommend this place to anyone in need of dental professionals.

Always a wonderful experience with Dr.Martin and his team. They are all very gentle and receptive to requests you might have (like fears/ or being uncomfortable). Incredibly quick, and can usually always get you on the books unlike most places in the area who book 6+ months out. I recommend all my friends and coworkers to Dr.Martin for all these reasons.

Not please with my dental experience. I was not pleased with my dental experience on November 26, 2025. I was given conflicting information by the hygienist and the office manager regarding my payment. The hygienist, Brianna, told me that the fluoride treatment and the cancer screening were offered and fully covered, and that I would not have to pay anything out of pocket. I specifically asked her to check whether I had enough funds in my account and stated that if I had to pay for either service, I would decline. She left the room to verify and returned saying that I would not have to pay for either one, so I agreed to proceed with both services. When I went to the front desk to check out, I was told I had a payment due of $119.00 which was an unexpected charge based on the information I

I had a great experience on my six month checkup. I was able to see 3-D pictures of my teeth. my hygienist was very knowledgeable and friendly.
