986 Pharmacy - Victorville

The staff of this place have great respect for you as a person, not just a customer. The front staff are courteous and helpful, their delivery drivers are always cheerful and the pharmacists go above and beyond. I love this place. Too bad Riley left. He was the best! I'm sure the new pharmacist will be just as great.

Use to love this place for a few weeks after my severe work-related injury last winter, but noticed within the last 5 months under their care they've mistaken my oxycodone prescriptions with Tramadols "on more than one occasion".. I went back to 986 the last time & told Jessica(the front desk lady) that she gave me the wrong prescriptions again & I even tried giving the Tramadols back to them, she then heartlessly refused & told me that she was sorry.... I suffered for a whole 2 unforgettable weeks after that & am blessed that I've switched pharmacies later on, sadly 986 has turned into Rite-Aid & I hope NOBODY else had this experience under their care!

This Pharacyst helped me when I had no other place to go except over six hours or more away from my home. They all are amazing people! They always greet me as I walk in. I have and will always recommend this pharmacy. 986 Pharmacy, you are all amazing!! No one thinks even my smallest questions are silly. Thank you, each of you is in my book of great professionals.

This is the best pharmacy I have ever used, they always deliver all my medications (pain, diabetic, heart) never a problem and they communicate with me they actually care and do all that they can. Thank You 986 you are a true Blessing. Sincerely, Terri Reagan

First time there yesterday. So tired of the aweful service of chain store pharmacies(terrible customer service and have to call and call to fill my script.). My Dr's office suggested this pharmacy. Excellent customer service and very helpful. No long waiting times. Got my script really fast after providing my information. As long as I am capable of going there since it's cross town from me, they have my business. It's worth the drive.
