Everyone is always nice and more worried about my blood pressure than I am. It’s clean and a nice modern update to past military medical buildings. Scales are off, pharmacy lines are long and if it’s an emergency go else we’re. If you need a referral, be prepared to wait weeks. Don’t be surprised if the person you are told to see cannot actually help you and sends you to someone else, who also won’t help. They are doing the best with what they have. God Bless Them, Amen.

Never had any issues with the staff always seem friendly to me. But the fact that you can't call a certain department directly or be transferred to a certain department is ludicrous. Having to call the appointment number then hope to God the message makes it through is sad. Something needs to change to make the patients life's better.

I have been getting texts and automated calls from them NONSTOP! I have nothing to do with them AT ALL. Then, when you go to call them to ask why they are hounding you, no one picks up for anything! WHO IS IN CHARGE OF THIS NONSENSE?!?

My PCM Turpin is phenomenal, he’s is very honest and goes through incredible detail every visit. He will go over every concern you have and is very thorough. Women’s health depends on who you see, I personally go to Mrs Mack and she is god sent. She is informative and very intelligent. Mrs Mack is very proactive and has a great teaching style for patients. You can tell these two doctors love their job and genuinely care for their patients.

Horrible! Doctors don’t do anything but tell you to go to PT! And good luck getting a referral my kid needed an MRI 6 days ago and can’t get an approval or a call from anybody after leaving multiple messages! But if you need a referral for PT, youll have that immediately! Worst place!
