Very disappointed with the customer service and professionalism. Crystal is very knowledgeable in craft and a nice person, so I cannot take that away from her. The unfortunate part was the lack of communication. Throughout the week of communication I was reschuled several times. Also, plans would change last minute from meeting at the shop to meeting at her home. At the end I decided not to finish with services purchased, it didn't feel right. I decided to take the lost and learn my lesson on reading reviews before making a purchase like this.
May not have best intentions wouldn't answer questions blamed me because she answered the phone during a reading
